Whether the desire is to buy and hold or rehab and resale, our team strives to help investors obtain maxium cash flow and cap rates, while leveraging all tax benefits.

Certified Lease to Own Program

I am certified in the national Lease to Own program through Community Empower. This special financing program is geared towards Sellers (Investors) and Buyers who are looking for alternative financing options in the sale and purchase of residential real estate. This is a Lease Purchase program and not a Lease Option, which offers the most safeguards possible for both the Seller and Buyer.
